The Anti-Corruption Commission has today charged Mr. Geoffry EBANKS, the former Chairman of the Cayman Islands National Housing Development Trust, with the following offences:
1. Conflict of interest – contrary to Section 19(2) and 19(3) Anti-Corruption Act (2019 revision)
2. Breach of Trust - contrary to Section 13 Anti-Corruption Act (2019 revision)
Mr. EBANKS will appear at court on 8th November 2022. No further comment will be made in connection with this case pending the outcome of these proceedings.
