SteppingStones has been crowned Overseas Employer of the Year: Platinum’ by Investors in People (IIP), further cementing the organization as an international leader in how they support their team both personally and professionally, creating a positive work environment so they go home feeling happier, healthier and stronger.
SteppingStones accepted the award at the 2022 Investor in People Awards Ceremony at the Old Billingsgate, London, on November 15th in front of over 700 people, representing companies from around the world. SteppingStones employee Charlotte Morrish was also awarded as Community Employee of Year. In a record-breaking year for entries, with over three hundred organisations involved, this is an outstanding achievement.
This is the second time SteppingStones has been globally recognized for their outstanding and industry leading people practices, being crowned as Employer of the Year: Platinum (up to 49 people) in the World by Investor in People (IIP) in 2019.
