SteppingStones has been crowned Overseas Employer of the Year: Platinum’ by Investors in People (IIP), further cementing the organization as an international leader in how they support their team both personally and professionally, creating a positive work environment so they go home feeling happier, healthier and stronger.

SteppingStones accepted the award at the 2022 Investor in People Awards Ceremony at the Old Billingsgate, London, on November 15th in front of over 700 people, representing companies from around the world. SteppingStones employee Charlotte Morrish was also awarded as Community Employee of Year. In a record-breaking year for entries, with over three hundred organisations involved, this is an outstanding achievement.

This is the second time SteppingStones has been globally recognized for their outstanding and industry leading people practices, being crowned as Employer of the Year: Platinum (up to 49 people) in the World by Investor in People (IIP) in 2019.

“It was quite overwhelming to once again be voted Top Platinum Overseas Employer and is a testament to the incredible leadership of Pam and Rosie, our amazing people and the dynamic & caring culture of SteppingStones that allows us to perform at such a high level. With over 50,000 organisations being IIP accredited of which only 1% achieve platinum, this really highlights the enormity of our achievement and to be voted by an independent panel is a truly humbling experience. We may be a small Cayman Islands based business, but we are beyond proud to have been able to compete on a global platform and be recognized and rewarded for the five star culture we strive to maintain and enhance every single day.” said Milly Serpell, SteppingStones, Managing Director.

Paul Devoy, CEO, Investors in People, said “The Investors in People Awards 2022 marks a new chapter for us. We came together again after three years in our biggest celebration of exemplary leaders and organisations who have transformed themselves into a force of good despite the challenges. I am proud of every organisation that entered this year, demonstrating the value in making work better and setting an example for other organisations to do the same.”
