Twelve Migrants arrive in Cayman Brac
The Cayman Islands Customs and Border Control Service (CBC) confirms that twelve (12) migrants arrived in Watering Place, Cayman Brac at approximately 12:30 am Wednesday 6 December.
The vessel arrived with nine (9) males and three (3) females, one of whom is pregnant. The pregnant female was transported to Faith Hospital upon arrival and was subsequently released from the hospital following an examination by medical staff.
CBC will arrange for transportation to Grand Cayman and the migrants will be accommodated at the allocated locations.
