Two Additional Men Formally Charged for Seven Mile Beach Robbery

Two additional men from West Bay, aged 20 and 21, have been formally charged following a robbery on Seven Mile Beach. The suspects were apprehended by police on 18 and 19 December and remained in custody during the investigation. There has now been three men arrested and charged in relation to these incidents.

Both men face the following charges:

*   Robbery

*   Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm (ABH)

*   Theft

Additionally, the 21-year-old man has been formally charged with Driving without Insurance and Driving with an Expired Registration. The 20-year-old-man is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, 22 December, at 10:00 AM. While the two others have been remanded by the court to re-appear on 9 January, 2026.
