The Board of Governors of the University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nanalie Cover as Vice President of Business & Operations.
In her new role, Ms. Cover will oversee all business and finance operations, including budgeting, investments, endowments, auxiliary services (such as contracts), facilities management (including maintenance, campus planning, and construction), risk and property management (including insurance programs), and human resources.
Ms. Cover is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of leadership and management experience, specializing in business process improvement. Her career spans both the public and private sectors, with experience at a Big Four audit firm, senior leadership roles at the largest legal and corporate service provider in the Cayman Islands, a global governance entity, and most recently, a member of the executive management team of the national airline.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (Hons). Ms. Cover is also an Accredited Director, a qualified accountant, an AML and Compliance Specialist, and a Fellow of the International Compliance Association (ICA). Her extensive qualifications and proven success will be invaluable as she guides UCCI’s business and operational strategies.
