Cayman U14s won their last two impressively
Cayman’s Boys Under14 National Team closed out the Caribbean Football Union Challenge Series with two strong wins in Punta Cana, showing real growth and quality after a tough opening day.
Head Coach Claudio Garcia said the team arrived prepared, confident, and grounded — and that their performance across all three matches reflected that.
Despite losing 3-1 in the opener against Antigua and Barbuda, Cayman’s response was immediate. They bounced back with a 4–1 win over Turks and Caicos Islands, showing sharp attacking play and growing confidence.
And then Cayman finished the group stage in style, defeating Dominica 5–1 in a commanding performance that showcased their quality across the pitch.
Two wins from three matches and nine goals scored, mark a strong showing for Cayman’s U14 boys as they continue to build experience and identity at the regional level.
Meanwhile, Cayman Islands Men’s National Team battled Inter Miami CF’s U20s to a 11 draw in an exhibition match that officially opened Field Two at the Camana Bay Sports Complex.
The contest offered CIMNT a solid test against quality opposition while marking another important boost to Cayman’s growing sports infrastructure
