Police can now confirm the identity of the victim of the fatal shooting on Gun Square Road, Bodden Town, on 1 July.
He is 32-year-old Jovin Omar Fuentes, of Bodden Town.
The RCIPS expresses condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
On July 4th, the man, age 28 of Bodden Town, who was arrested on Friday, 1 July, in relation to a fatal shooting on Gun Square Road, Bodden Town, has been formally charged with Murder.
He appeared in court on 5 July.
