Virtual comedy night spreads laughs and wisdom for singles

It was a night of laughs, a singles’ double-bill Comedy show which was actually the culmination of a series of inspirational community faith-based messages aimed at helping and empowering single people.

The event will take place on sept 27th at Seven Mile Public Beach at 7am. The event is free to participate in and trophies will be awarded for certain age and gender categories.

11 Proud new RCIPS officers graduate

Despite all the trouble and disruption Covid 19 caused to training schedules, 11 new police officers joined the ranks of the RCIPS. Their graduation ceremony at the Harquail Theatre began by a super-smart drill in the parking lot, as buttons gleamed and boots shone like black diamonds.
