The Public Health Department has announced that all persons aged 18 and over are now eligible to receive booster shots three months after their second COVID-19 vaccination.
With new travel requirements announced the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Health Services Authority’s COVID-19 Testing Clinic will increase its hours of operations to expedite the processing of COVID-19 test results for international travelers.
At 8 a.m. on Wednesday, 8 December Chief Medical Officer Dr. John Lee reported that 1170 PCR tests had been conducted since 8 a.m. on Tuesday, 7 December. The Public Health Department reported 70 positive results from these tests, two in travellers and 68 coming from the community.
