On May 14, 2025, the Cayman Islands National Attractions Authority (CINAA) proudly hosted its Long Service Awards Ceremony, honouring the dedication, service, and community contributions of its long-serving employees. The ceremony celebrated staff who have provided 10, 15, 20, and over 25 years of committed service to the preservation and promotion of the country’s national attractions.

In a celebration marked by gratitude and pride, CINAA recognized staff who have consistently demonstrated professionalism and passion in their roles, ensuring that key sites such as the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, and Pedro St. James continue to inspire both residents and visitors.

The event was graced by the presence of several distinguished government representatives, highlighting the importance of the occasion to the broader tourism and heritage sectors. Hon. Gary Rutty, MP – Deputy Premier and Minister for Tourism and Trade Development and Mr. Stran Bodden, Chief Officer for the Ministry of Tourism and Trade Development, provided remarks and participated in the presentations alongside the Hon. Nicholas DaCosta, MP – Minister for District Administration and Home Affairs and Ms. Heather Bodden, MP – Parliamentary Secretary.

Their participation underscored the Government’s appreciation for the vital work carried out by the CINAA team and their lasting contributions to the tourism industry and national pride.

The event was expertly moderated by Ms. Leanna Jarvis of the Cayman Islands National Attractions Authority (CINAA) and Ms. Watoya Stewart, Senior Human Resources Manager, Ministry of Tourism & Ports, whose guidance helped create a warm and celebratory atmosphere for all honourees and guests.
