Collision in Frank Sound
Shortly before 5:45PM on Wednesday, January 20, officers responded to a single vehicle collision at the intersection of Frank Sound Road and Bodden Town Road, where a black Ford Edge had collided with a utility pole, entered the waters near the Frank Sound Boat Ramp, and overturned.
Emergency Services attended the scene and the two occupants of the vehicle were transported to the Cayman Islands Hospital for treatment for their injuries. The driver of the vehicle remains in hospital in stable condition, the passenger has been discharged.
The matter remains under investigation.
