MEYSAL Outlines Extended Holiday Programmes for Government School Students

The Ministry of Education, Youth, Sports, Agriculture and Lands (MEYSAL) advises of several activities and programmes that will be available to its students from January 4-15, 2021. This follows from the Minister for Education Hon. Juliana O’Connor-Connolly’s December 4 announcement that the Ministry has had consultation with the Department of Sports (DOS), the Youth Services Unit (YSU) and the Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) to ensure that activities are put in place to engage children and young people during the extended Christmas break.

The scheduled programmes and activities range from one-day events to two-week camps and cater to children from age four upwards.

Dependant on the need, transportation may be provided for some of the activities.

Parents may register their children for these activities and request transportation using the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NSJ38HM.

The YMCA is facilitating registration of their activities on their website www.ymcacayman.ky on Monday December 14 from 1 pm.
