The People’s Progressive Movement (PPM) proudly announces Pearlina McGaw-Lumsden as its candidate for George Town West in the upcoming 2025 elections. A passionate community advocate with a strong background in education, healthcare policy, and mental health awareness, McGaw-Lumsden brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the Caymanian people.

Having served on several public boards, including the Education Council, she has played a pivotal role in securing scholarships for many young Caymanians. Additionally, her mental health advocacy has positively impacted hundreds of women through annual community events, reinforcing her dedication to social well-being while ensuring women stay empowered.

Leader of the Opposition, Hon. Joey Hew, welcomed McGaw-Lumsden to the PPM slate, stating:
