Rise in Covid cases this week
Although current data just released by the Ministry of Health & Wellness only relates to the beginning of the week, from 23 to 25 January, a small trend in upward numbers of cases has been revealed.
Positive cases reported to Public Health from 23-25 January saw 297 cases on Sunday 23 January, 343 on Monday 24 January and 549 cases on Tuesday 25 January.
Active cases currently stand at 6,088. There are currently 20 hospitalised persons, two of which were newly admitted.
