“CUC” has offered two programmes under which customers could interconnect renewable energy systems to the grid. The first programme called the “CORE” programme offered customers a fixed and subsidized rate at which the company purchased all of the renewable energy generated from their systems.

The Ministry of Education, Youth, Sports, Agriculture and Lands (MEYSAL) confirms that just before 7:00 am a motor accident occurred between a contracted school bus transporting students of the Theoline McCoy Primary School and a private motor vehicle just outside the Savannah Meadows area.
